Another Viewpoint by a Brother

Dear Brothers, Sisters and Friends,

I'd like to invite you to read this very beautiful and enlightening text called "The Greatest Secret in the World." This text actually explains what Esoteric Freemasonry is all about. It also reminds us what are the beautiful and secular Secrets hiding in the Masonic Rituals.

When I go to other discussion groups about Freemasonry, I often hear :"Esoteric Freemasonry is different from "regular" Masonry, or Esoteric Freemasonry is having its own specificities etc."

In some way, it's true, Esoteric Freemasonry is having its own specificities in terms of organization, membership and structure, meaning that we are having a central Grand Lodge for the entire world, and not a Grand Lodge for each state or country, and we are also having a central blue Lodge for all brother and sister Masons not affiliated with a local Lodge near them. Also, like we've said so many times, Esoteric Freemasons accept women and coloured people regardless of their economic status, social and/or ethnic background. And, in the meantime, and as far as we know, Esoteric Freemasonry recognizes all Masonic bodies and Jurisdictions all over the World.

But when comes the question of the Rituals, Esoteric Freemasonry is NOT different from "regular" Masonry....In fact, one of the main purposes of Esoteric Freemasonry is to teach to the Brethern that there are plenty of wonderful secrets hiding in the Masonic Rituals, and each degree is having its own Esoteric teachings.

These Esoteric teachings can't be seen until the B:. or S:. actually takes the time to fully read and learn the Rituals...passing the degrees is the first step, and learning the degrees is the second step which can lead us to self transformation!

Self Transformation is not only what we are doing in our Lodge, or what we are doing for our Community, Self Transformation is about the deep changes occurring in our Heart and Soul, Self Transformation is our self-awareness of our position in our Universe, this is one the most complete and absolute expressions of the Doctrine of One as defined by the Universal Gnostic Church.

Please never forget that the Masonic Rituals are real Treasures for the Heart and Soul...making it the Greatest Secret in the World!

At least, this is my opinion, because this is what I'm learning on a daily basis with my membership in A:.A:. & E:.F:.
